Terms and Conditions

Complementary training is limited to Microsoft Windows 7 Level 1 and 2

 

No certification will be provided on any Complementary Training.

 

Complementary Training must be pre-booked by phoning us on 011-6795978.

 

Complementary Training sessions can be booked from Monday to Thursday, 14h00 – 16h00.

 

Complementary Training sessions are not available after-hours, Fridays or on week-ends.

 

Complementary Training must be concluded with in 60 calendar days (2 months) from the invoice date of the relevant purchase.

 

The store invoice must be presented at the time of registering for the Complementary Training.

 

Only one person/delegate per store invoice is allowed to receive Complementary Training.

 

Complementary Training cannot be exchanged for cash, alternative courses or discount on alternative courses.
